Grievance Redressal Policy
As a customer, if you have any feedback/ suggestions or grievances with respect to the services offered by GreenFin Finance Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’), you may please contact the Company through any of the following channels:- If the complaint/grievance is not resolved within a period of one month, the applicant/borrower may appeal to the officer-in-charge of the Regional office of the Reserve Bank of India at the following address: Officer-in-charge of DNBS Reserve Bank of India Department of Non-Banking Supervision Regional Office, Rambagh Circle, Rajasthan-302015 We shall respond to you within 15 days from the date of our receiving your complaint. Kindly note that in case we do not receive revert from you within eight weeks from the date of your receipt of our response we will treat your complaint as closed.
