Chairman Advisory Board – Mr. I C. Agarwal

Mr. I C Agarwal – Founder & Chairman, ‘Kailash Group’ and Chairman, Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd. is a visionary entrepreneur and passionate innovator and has taken the organization from an idea to a conglomerate over the last four decades. From his humble beginnings at an Indian village, to building a business empire, Mr. I.C. Agarwal has created growth, progress and opportunity for himself and for others.
Mr. I.C. Agarwal has special interest in Agri, Power and Finance sector. He promoted a number of businesses in Agri processing, Food Park, Solar Power, Power Metering, etc. He brings with him a rich experience of over 50 years of setting up and operating successfully new businesses in India and Overseas.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder - Mr. Girish Gupta

Mr. Girish Gupta has extensive work experience of over 35 years including 19 years in SME Finance in a leading Financial Institution and 15 years in Venture Capital Finance for early stage companies.
Mr. Gupta, a veteran Venture Capitalist is the former CEO & Director of the Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RVCF), one of the largest Regional VC fund in India, which he founded in the year 2002.
Mr. Gupta sits on various Boards & Committees, including IIM-A CIIE Startup Oasis; CII North India Startup Committee; Advisory Board of Laghu Udyog Bharti, Rajasthan, etc. Also he advises “Lords Group of Hotels and Resorts” on strategic decision making, as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Gupta is an Engineering graduate of MNIT, Jaipur; M.Tech. (Computer science) of Birla Institute of Technology and MBA (Finance) of Poddar Institute .

Director : Mr. Yash Todi

Mr. Yash Todi is a young and energetic businessman having experience of 3+ years in various roles such as Operations Analyst, Business Decision Modeler, and After Sales Service. His experience includes working with international companies such as Goldman Sachs, Utah Campus, US; Agri Sector manufacturing company in Oman and a leading Power Sector company in India. He is involved in strategic decision making at board level in three other Companies.
Mr. Todi is Bachelor of Science & Engineering (engineering Management) from Fulton School of Engineering, Arizona State University, US.
